If a person says that he made a choice, he most likely has a good reason for it, just like you.

He probably based his choice on his experiences, attitude, morals, principles, learned ideas, and so on, just like you.

Looks like another person’s choice is as valuable as yours, mine, and everyone else’s, even if it totally opposes our own.

You can’t take that away from people. Our duty to one another is to always offer the person new choices that are as valid as his.

That’s how the foundation of understanding is built.
